Temporary Footpath Closure
NCC Highways have notified that the footpath from Church Road through the church grounds will be closed from 19th to 23rd May 2025 to install a new trod path.

Norfolk County Council proposes to make a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (the
“Order”) (NTRO9613) affecting![]()
the Cantley Footpath 24 from its junction with Church
Road for 75m northwards (the “Footpath”) in the Parish of Cantley, Limpenhoe and
Southwood to facilitate works to make footpath more suitable to the public. The
Footpath will be temporarily closed/restricted for the duration of the works/period the
closure is necessary which is anticipated to be ![]()
from 19th to 23rd May 2025, but may
continue to be closed/restricted until the 4th July 2025 where the closure/restriction
is still required beyond the anticipated dates.
Alternative route is via: Church Road, Malthouse Lane, Langley Road, Station Road
(Cantley, Limpenhoe and Southwood).
