Norfolk Warm Homes
The Norfolk Warm Homes team is led by a partnership of local councils, delivering £3.9m of fully funded government grants to improve resident’s home energy efficiency.

Funding is available for insulation, air source heat pumps, solar panels and more.
To qualify, you must own your home or privately rent, and you must meet one of the below eligibility routes:
The occupier (excluding lodgers or adults in full-time education) must be receiving one of the following benefits:
- Housing Benefit
- Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance
- Income-related Employment and Support Allowance
- Income Support
- Pension Credit (savings and guarantee)
- Universal Credit
Your gross annual household income is £36,000 or less.
Your home falls within an auto-eligible postcode.
