Residents Meeting With Galliford Try
An opportunity to hear progress on the A47 dualling and raise any issues.

Dear Resident,
I am writing to invite you to a meeting for local residents directly affected by the above road improvement scheme. This session will provide an in-person opportunity to receive an update on current construction progress and to learn more about upcoming planned works, including the installation of new bridge structures. It will also be an opportunity for you to raise any questions or concerns you may have.
The meeting will be held at Lingwood Village Hall (Main Hall) on Wednesday 25 February 2026. To ensure discussions remain focused on the differing impacts across local areas, the evening will be split into the following sessions:
- 5:30 pm – 6:25 pm: Parish Councillors
- 6:30 pm – 7:25 pm: North Burlingham, South Walsham, Upton, and villages north of the A47
(Please note: this session is reserved for residents from these areas, as their impacts differ from others along the scheme.) - 7:30 pm – 8:25 pm: Lingwood, Blofield, Acle, Brundall, and surrounding villages south of the A47
